NOPA September crush surpasses expectations.

The National Oilseed Processors Association, NOPA, released September soybean crush this morning. 177.320 million bushels were processed in the first month of the new marketing year. That was better than the 170.331 trade expectation. It also eases some of our concerns about USDA's aggressive goal for the year. This number is +7.2% vs. last year. With one month complete of the new marketing year we are over USDA's current 2.425 billion bushel whole-year goal, +6.0% year/year.
